Almost everyone says McCaffery. Can anyone make an argument for someone else?

Maybe Zeke if you're buying what McCarthy is saying about giving him as many touches as possible. CMC does have his bye week during week 13 on the off chance you're playing in a wonky league that would have playoff games during week 13.

McCaffrey is the pick but wouldn't be surprised if Barkley ends up RB#1

Clyde edwards-helaire is the dark horse for rb1. To me hes the pick after the big 4 rbs and thomas

I mean it is the NFL, obviously CMC could not be the #1 player in 4 months. Any RB could get hurt. He's just the clear #1 pick.

Thats why i love 3rr. Even though hes the clear #1, it doesn't necessarily make the first pick the best.

Whereas guys who have the first pick in regular snake drafts have a slam dunk huge advantage

What has been proven to not be true?

Getting a higher pick is definitely an advantage with no 3rd round reversal. Modern elite RB's starting with Bell/DJ just catching tons of passes these days.
